Stephen Baer is a Managing Partner at The Game Agency where he oversees Creative. He brings nearly 20 years of marketing and advertising expertise with previous experience including Director of Brand Integration at Atari Inc, Marketing Manager at NBC, and Director of Business Development at Grey Global Group. Stephen is a regular speaker at technology conferences (CES, Digital Hollywood, E3) and avid writer for marketing publications (MediaPost and Loyalty 360 Magazine). He received his MBA from Columbia Business School, his BA from Oberlin College.
Joseph McDonald is a Managing Partner at The Game Agency where he oversees Production. He brings 20 years of business development expertise with specific experience of leveraging new channels to distribute content and generate new revenue streams. Previous positions includes Head of Global Business Affairs at Atari Inc, Manager of Licensing at Disney Music Publishing, and Director of Licensing at EMI Music. Joseph has executive produced dozens of entertainment & consumer products.
Richard Lowenthal is Managing Partner at The Game Agency where he oversees Business Operations. He brings over 20 years of video game publishing expertise with world-class brands including Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, Monopoly, Scrabble, Bicycle Cards, Sesame Street, Crayola and National Geographic. Richard has negotiated over 250 licensing agreements with such well-known companies as Marvel, Hearst, H&R Block, Activision, Atari, Ubisoft, Disney and Electronic Arts. Richard graduated with high honors from the University of Texas in Austin with a B.S. in Aerospace engineering, earning the school’s prestigious Presidential Scholarship.
